Floofers product launch for pet parents will be late 2025.

Pet sitter platform launches June 2025, hereby you can proceed with creating your profile & submitting your application for verification as a Floofers pet sitter.

Before then, we are completing extremely thorough testing to make sure that floofers will be the best tool available for your pet care business. 

On floofers you can provide

House sitting – Looking after a pet in their own environment.

Dog walking – Get some exercise on your terms.

Daycare – Perfect for pet carers who work-from-home.

In order to join floofers you will need to complete our assessment criteria. This includes completing your profile, submitting images, verifying your mobile number & email address uploading an identity document(passport/licence/adhar card) and providing references. It is also highly recommended to  submit a police check certificate (less than 12 months old) and also complete our short pet care training course. This enforces trust.

We make sure that every single profile at floofers is manually reviewed to ensure all carers are upheld to the high quality that we strive for. Once reviewed and identified as a great fit for Floofers, your profile will be approved within 2-3 business days.

The online training course is an optional step of the verification process and you will be able to complete it on your Floofers website. You can also access the online course by clicking on the online training link or icon provided. The course is not too long – it should only take you around 15-20 minutes to complete, post which you will need to complete a quiz and attain 100% result.

Yes, Floofers will be open for all Indian residents at launch.

We are very transparent with our fees at Floofers. We guarantee that we will always be free to join and download, and we also have the lowest fees in the industry for pet carers. Once each booking is completed, we collect 10% (plus taxes) service fee to maintain and implement the features that makes us the best pet care platform in India.

The floofers app and website is where you will be able to manage everything to do with your account, such as setting your availability, choosing your hourly rate, and corresponding with pet owners.

We will have telephone helpline (8am – 8pm) and live chat (24/7) to assist you with any issues that may arise post launch. In the meantime, please feel free to email us at contact@floofers.com.in.

Getting floofers carers paid for their hard work is one of our top priorities and receiving your money is very straightforward. Once the booking has been completed and approved your money will be sent to your nominated payment option within 2-3 business days (happens after the pet owner releases payment).

All of the personal information used on floofers is securely stored on our database and is not sold or shared with any other entity and abides by the data and privacy policy.
